How do I become an O’Rewards member?
Enrolling is easy with two convenient options:
  • Visit www.ORewards.com, click the Enroll Now link and provide some basic contact information. You are now ready to begin earning points towards rewards. A confirmation and temporary password will be sent to the email address you provide. Log on to the website to change your password. Complete your profile to earn bonus points. Refer your friends to the program to earn even more points. If you wish to have an O’Rewards loyalty card containing your unique 10-digit ID number, just ask for one the next time you’re visiting one of our locations
  • Stop by any O’Reilly Auto Parts store and one of our professional parts people will get you started. After you provide the required contact information, you will receive an O’Rewards loyalty card containing your unique 10-digit ID number. You are now ready to begin earning points toward rewards.
Does it cost anything to join the program?
The program is FREE - there is no cost to join, and there are no ongoing membership fees.
Who can join the O’Rewards program?
O’Rewards membership is open to all retail customers who complete the registration process and abide by the Program Rules. O’Reilly team members, their immediate family members and professional customers are not eligible to participate.
Why am I asked to provide my email address?
When your rewards are available for viewing and printing, we will communicate with you using the email address you provided during registration. We may also periodically send you special offers and promotional information via email.
Am I required to provide an email address?
No. You may participate in the program without registering an email address, but you must provide your name, phone number, and a mailing address, so rewards can be mailed to you when they are earned. Please note that by signing up without an email address you will receive limited program benefits and you must enroll in-store.
Will you share my personal information with anyone?
No. Your privacy is very important to us and will be respected at all times. We will never disclose your personal information or transactional history with anyone, for marketing purposes or otherwise. Information is used strictly for conducting the program and fulfillment of rewards. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional details.
How do I change my address, phone number or email address or check my current points balance?

How does the program work?
Members receive one point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases; a $5 reward will be issued via email or U.S. mail (depending on membership status) each time 150 points are accrued. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn. Some items and services are ineligible for reward points, including:
  • Taxes
  • Special orders/outside purchases
  • Shipping charges
  • Purchasing and loading a gift card
  • Core deposits
  • Environmental fees
  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Commercial account purchases
  • Transactions paid for with a fleet card
  • Event ticket sales
  • Online purchases
Do my points and rewards ever expire?
Accrued points expire at the end of the month one calendar year from the date they are earned. Rewards expire 90 days from the date of issue, or after use.
What can I purchase with my earned rewards?
You may redeem your earned rewards on most items in our stores. Total purchase price must be equal to or greater than the value of your rewards.

Please note, the following exclusions do apply:
  • Combinations of multiple coupons
  • Gift cards
  • Online purchases
  • Commercial account purchases
  • Promotional coupons may not be used on sale merchandise
When will I receive the rewards I have earned?
Members who are registered with an email address will receive a reward via email within one week of reaching 150 points. Members who are registered without an email address will receive their reward via US mail within one month of accumulating 150 points. Simply present your reward during checkout to redeem your points.
Are there any other ways to earn points?
You will receive points for logging on to www.ORewards.com and creating a profile, and points for referring friends to the program (up to three times). We may also occasionally send you exclusive members-only offers via email, and/or feature product-specific offers (i.e. Double Points or Bonus Points) in-store.
Can I redeem multiple rewards during one transaction?
Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction or invoice.
How do I access my O’Rewards account online?
After enrolling with an email address in-store or online, you will receive an email containing a link to www.ORewards.com and your temporary password. Once on the site, log in using your email address and temporary password, and you’ll be prompted to update your profile and create a new password. Upon completion you will have the ability to review your account information. Members who enrolled with a physical address will not have access to their account online until they provide an email address. Stop by any store, and our team members will assist you with updating your contact information. You can also call our Customer Service team at (800) 283-3096.
What if I forgot my password?
Log on to www.ORewards.com and click the “Having trouble logging in?” link. Follow the prompts to create a new password.
What if I made a purchase at the store but points were not added to my account?
If you are an O’Rewards member and your points from an in-store transaction are not showing up on your account within 48 hours of your purchase, you may contact our Customer Service team at (800) 283-3096. They will be happy to assist you in logging your O’Rewards transaction. You will need your invoice number, date of purchase and details of what was purchased. Please keep in mind that only in-store transactions are eligible. For a list of ineligible items, please see the “How does the program work?

The following rules apply:
  • No credit is applied for purchases made prior to membership
  • No credit is applied for purchases more than 30 days old
  • No credit is applied for receipts within 24 hours of purchase
  • Members may not request more than two (2) receipt credits per month
  • Credits may take up to two (2) days to post to your account
Can I earn points and redeem rewards at OReillyAuto.com?
No. Points may only be earned on in-store purchases, and rewards can only be redeemed in-store.

I lost / forgot my card. Can I still earn rewards?
You may use your O’Rewards membership without a card by providing your phone number or O’Rewards card number prior to making a purchase. We will locate your account in our system and ensure proper credit is applied. You may also request a replacement card from any of our locations’ Team Members. If a replacement card is issued, a Team Member can apply your current account balance to the newly issued card, or you may call our Customer Service line at (800) 283-3096 to link accounts.
How do I get an O’Rewards card if I enrolled online?
Cards are not issued during online enrollment and they are not required to participate in the program. However, if you would like one, simply stop by any of our stores and a team member will be happy to issue one to you

I think I may have 2 accounts?
If you think you have two existing accounts, please call our Customer Service line at (800) 283-3096 to merge them.
What if I return a purchase?
If a purchase is returned, the points earned will be deducted from your account. It may take up to 60 days for your account to reflect point deductions from returned merchandise. If a reward is issued for the points earned from a returned purchase, this may result in a negative points balance on your account.
Can others use my membership card to accumulate additional points?
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with anyone other than the account holder.
How can I terminate my membership in the program?
You may opt out of the O’Rewards program at any time by calling our Customer Service team at (800) 283-3096.
Can I re-enroll in the program after I’ve terminated my membership?
Yes. If you re-enroll in the program within a year of termination, any points that were not transferred into rewards will be retained.
