Sweepstakes - Rules and Regulations

OFFICIAL RULES

The Sweepstakes entry period begins on October 10, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM Central Standard Time and ends on October 24, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM Central Standard Time (“Entry Period”).

Regardless of method of entry, entrants are limited to one Sweepstakes entry per person during the Entry Period. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Each online entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) as of October 24, 2025 of the e‐mail address identified in the entrant's online or U.S. mail entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the account governing the e‐mail address was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested on the registration form to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsors upon the submission of the entry.

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of the State of New York. The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (1) Employees of O’Reilly Auto Parts Inc. or its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents, including any agency involved with the Sweepstakes; and (2) family members of said employees, whether related biologically or by operation of law, regardless of place of residence, and the households of any such family member.

Five potential winners will be selected by random drawing from among all entries received on or before 11:59:59 PM Central Standard Time on October 10, 2025. The drawing will occur on or about October 24, 2025.

The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator whose decisions are final, binding and conclusive. Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules in order to become a Confirmed Winner. Potential winners and Confirmed Winners may be collectively referred to as “Winners.”

A representative of Sponsor or Administrator will attempt to contact potential winners by telephone, email, or text message after the drawing. Potential winners must respond to said notification within 7 calendar days, after which a new potential winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining pool of entries.

Following notification of the drawing results by Administrator, potential winners will be required to sign and return to the Administrator an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted). The potential winners must sign and return the Affidavit and Release to the Administrator within 30 calendar days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining pool of entries.

Five (5) $100.00 Visa Gift Cards will be awarded (each a “Prize”). Gift cards will be awarded and delivered by U.S. mail. Approximate total retail value for all Prizes is $500.00. Winners will be responsible for any and all federal, state, or local taxes resulting from acceptance of a Prize. Winners cannot assign or transfer the Prize to another person. No cash equivalent or substitution for a Prize is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All other expenses not specifically included in Prize description in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the Confirmed Winners. It is the Winner’s responsibility to seek independent counsel regarding any tax implications of winning a Prize.

Except as provided in these Official Rules, all information provided in entries will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Sponsor, Administrator, and any participating agent of Sponsor or Administrator, are not responsible for any technical, software, or other communications malfunction or error, any incorrect or inaccurate transmission of information, , any lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries or prize acceptance materials, or any incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause). Sponsor is not responsible for contacting any entrant if that entrant has changed contact information and failed to provide Sponsor or the Administrator with new correct contact information.

If the Sponsor determines at any time and at its sole discretion that the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes has been compromised or detrimentally effected, Sponsor may terminate this Sweepstakes or take any action that the Sponsor otherwise deems fair and appropriate. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; acting in any manner in violation of the Official Rules; or acting in any manner that is unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, or threatening to any individual. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, copied, or like entry methods, will void all such entries and will disqualify any entrant using such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to assert all available legal remedies for such conduct.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY PERSON ACTING IN SUCH A MANNER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
