How do I view my online account orders and invoices online?
The steps are as follows:
- Begin on the Home Page of our web site.
- Click on the link labeled "Sign in or Create an Account" found in the upper left of the page.
- When the "My Account" page opens, enter your e-mail address and password or create an account if need.
- At this point you can access all of your on-line account information.
- You will be able to change your e-mail address, password, store of choice, and add or delete vehicles listed.
- You will also be able to print invoices from past orders by selecting the Tab labeled "My Orders" and then selecting an order number. Call Internet Order Support at 888-327-7153 for any assistance.
Where is my customer number?
The customer number is located at the top-right corner of your statement.
Why must I provide certain information for Statements?
Your customer name for this account is customizable so you can associate the account number to something that makes sense to you. You must provide a correct customer number, statement month and statement balance to allow us to confirm that you are the customer that is associated with that customer number and should be the person(s) handling the statements for that customer number. This prevents others from accessing your statements online.
Once your customer number is registered with an account, it cannot be registered with any other account.
