How do I redeem my discount ticket?
• If you purchased a discount ticket through our stores, the O’Reilly Auto Parts invoice will be specific to the event you are attending. You will present the O’Reilly Auto Parts invoice “ticket” at the ticket window or booth at the event for admittance.
• If you purchase a discount ticket through a QR code that is displayed in stores, please refer to your email confirmation from the ticketing platform.
When do tickets go on sale?
• Typically, tickets go on sale one month prior to the event start date. If you are looking for a specific discount ticket promotion, and don’t see it in stores yet, be sure to check back closer to the event date.

What do I do if I lose/damage my ticket?
