ELIGIBILITY/ENTRIES:NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning. The Castrol® Roush Fenway Keselowski VIP Race Weekend Promotion is open to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or reached the age of majority at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, or the District of Columbia. Employees of BP Lubricants USA Inc., O’Reilly Auto Parts, their subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, agencies, and members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Promotion begins on February 23, 2022 and ends on March 29, 2022. (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
This Promotion requires that you have Internet access and a valid Facebook account. By entering this Promotion, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor via Facebook and to have their entry info posted on the O’Reilly Auto Parts and Castrol Facebook pages or in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, for the purpose of public viewing without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law All entries become the property of the Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain additional entries by using other Facebook accounts or logins will void such entries and the entrant will be disqualified from the Promotion. Entry is for individuals only.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Visit the O’Reilly Facebook page and comment on the post for the Castrol Roush Fenway Keselowski VIP Race Weekend and submit a photo of any Castrol oil product as part of your response. Limit one entry per valid Facebook page. A random drawing from all eligible entries received will take place on or about April 7, 2022. Potential Winner will be notified by Facebook message. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or if he/she cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZES
PRIZES: Grand (2) A trip for winner and guest to attend a racing event in Concord, NC on or about October 9th. Trip dates are from Friday October 7th thru Monday October 10th. Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two from closest airport to winners’ home, transportation to and from racetrack and events, 4-day 3-night hotel accommodations at hotel of Sponsors choice, meals, shop tour, and passes to the race. Total approximate value of Grand Prize is $ 3000 each. Actual value is dependent upon winner’s home location. Odds of winning a prize is dependent upon total number of valid Promotion entries received. No substitutions of prize or cash value will be offered unless specified prize is not available. Any other expenses associated with using the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner and guest will be required to fill out and return an Affidavit of Liability and Publicity Release before traveling. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must follow any COVID rules and regulations that may be in place at the time of visit, this includes providing proof of vaccination.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors, agencies and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, any computer, on-line, telephone or technical malfunctions; delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of information, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion terms and conditions without prior notice. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be violating these Official Rules or suspected of attempting to disrupt or defraud the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or by violating the Official Rules and interfering with the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
PRIZE ACCEPTANCE
PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are not transferable or assignable. No substitution or cash redemption allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. By accepting prize, winners consent to use of his or her name, state of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes on-line and in print, or in any other media worldwide in connection with the Promotion, without limitation and without additional compensation worldwide, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners further agrees to release Sponsor, O’Reilly Auto Parts and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, including but not limited to Promotions Etc. (collectively the “Promotion Parties”), from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with winner’s participation in this Promotion, or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize, or the participation in prize-related activities.
