How do I become an O'Reilly Auto Parts Ambassador?

What does the application process entail?
- Submission: Fill out the online application form on our Sprout Social portal
- Review: Our team will review applications and social media presence
- Selection: Candidates meeting all requirements will be contacted directly
- Onboarding: Selected ambassadors will receive an onboarding package and next steps
How are applications evaluated?
Applications are prioritized based on the following:
- Active, consistent social media presence with a dedicated following
- Strong alignment with our brand’s values and aesthetics
- Passion for our products and the ability to communicate their benefits
- Prior experience as a brand ambassador (preferred but not mandatory)
What are the responsibilities of a brand ambassador?
- Authentic Promotion: Share genuine experiences with our brand and products
- Quality Content: Create and share content that aligns with our brand
- Community Interaction: Engage with your community and ours
- Feedback: Communicate with us about ways we can improve
- Content Commitment: Accomplish content creation/engagement objectives
