Can I have parts shipped to a P.O. Box?
Currently all shipping from OReillyAuto.com is done through UPS, which does not deliver to Post Office boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

Can I ship my order to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, you will be given the opportunity to enter a different zip code or shipping address during the checkout process.

Can I ship my order to an APO/FPO address?
O'Reilly does not currently offer APO/FPO shipping; however, this option will be available in the near future.

At this time O'Reilly does not offer international shipping or accept credit cards originating from outside the United States.

Do I pay shipping for parts I return to OReillyAuto.com?
You don't pay shipping if the item is determined to be damaged or an incorrectly shipped part. Please contact Customer Service to arrange for your return shipping. For full details, please see the Return Policy. For your convenience and to expedite the return process, you may also visit your local O'Reilly Auto Parts store to return or exchange an item purchased at OReillyAuto.com.

How are shipping rates determined?
Shipping rates are determined based upon the estimated package size and weight of the items based upon UPS shipping guidelines. O'Reilly does not charge any additional handling fees or surcharges.

How do I get my order tracking number?
Simply log in and go to "My Account Info" and then view "Shipped Orders." Select the order you wish to track to receive tracking information and details, including when and where your package was last scanned.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
You can qualify for free ground shipping on most orders totaling $75 or more, excluding any core charges. This offer excludes all items which require special handling or are considered oversized. You will be notified on our search result and on our shopping cart pages which items do not qualify for free shipping. This offer excludes all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Only online orders shipped via regular ground service are eligible for free shipping. This offer does not apply to next day or second day air shipping options, nor will it make orders eligible for discounts on next day and second day air shipping. This offer is limited to in-stock items offered for sale on OReillyAuto.com. O'Reilly Auto Parts reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time without notice. NOTE: OReillyAuto.com only ships orders within the U.S.

How will my order be shipped?
All OReillyAuto.com orders are currently shipped via UPS, with the option of standard UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air shipping. Please note that your order may come in multiple packages, from more than one location, depending on the size of your order.
