The year was 1954, Eisenhower was in the White House, Rock Around the Clock was headed for the top of the charts and Chevrolet's Corvette was new on the scene, sporting a six cylinder engine however, the widely acclaimed small block V-8 wouldn't appear until next year.
In Compton, California that same year Kraco Enterprises was founded. Their first products were "Snap-On" white walls which allowed the car enthusiast of the day to convert their black wall tires to the then more desirable white walls easily and economically.
As business expanded, they entered into the production of rubber, vinyl and soon thereafter, carpet floormats. By treating each new account and customer with the personal attention that has been fundamental to our success, Kraco Enterprises was growing.
The following years saw the development of new mat designs and applications. Marketing, merchandising and manufacturing methods were perfected, and they continued to grow.
Throughout the eighties and nineties, Team Kraco was actively involved in Indy car racing, winning the highly prestigious Indianapolis 500 in 1992.
During this time the importance of quality and durability were illustrated over and again, reaffirming their importance as primary components in every floormat produced.
With entrepreneurial spirit and vision Kraco has become one of the largest manufacturing operations in the automotive aftermarket. Their facility covers over 500,000 square feet, with over three million cubic feet of palletized top quality floormats ready to ship.
Their dedication to Quality, Product Innovation, Selection and Customer Marketing Support has been fundamental to their enduring success.

Manufacturers Defect Warranty
What Does This Warranty Cover?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. This warranty covers any product that is purchased from us (Product) which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship as long as the product is used normally and serviced and installed properly on your vehicle. This warranty is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions provided below. This warranty is valid only if you are the original purchaser of the Product and may not be transferred.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
The Manufacturers Defect Warranty covers a Product that is damaged and goes un-noticed until the product has already left the store. This could include, but is not limited to, a Product that would have to be opened before use to determine fitness. If a Product is determined defective, it may be exchanged for another Product, of equal or lesser value. Coverage terminates, including any and all implied warranties such as the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, at the end of the applicable warranty period or earlier if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your vehicle using the Product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. If a Product is replaced under this warranty (Defective Product), a replacement Product will be covered once the product has left the store and fitness of the Product can be determined. This warranty shall terminate immediately if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your vehicle that had the Defective Product, or if you install or use the replacement Product on another vehicle.
Commercial Vehicles - Any Product with a Manufacturers Defect Warranty, which is used or installed on a commercial vehicle, shall also be allowed to exchange the defective product or at the discretion of OReilly Auto Parts contact the Manufacturer for an exchange or refund of the Product.
What Will OReilly Auto Parts Do?
At our option, we will either replace any defective or malfunctioning Product at no charge or have you contact the Manufacturer for further replacement/refund alternatives. If Product is replaced under this warranty, we will also replace the replacement product as well, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in this warranty.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO PRODUCT THAT FAILS DUE TO (i) ACCIDENT OR COLLISION; (ii) IMPROPER USE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE; (iii) COMBINATION OF THE PRODUCT WITH OTHER THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT(S) WHICH FAIL; (iv) ABUSE, MISUSE, MODIFICATION, OR NEGLECT; (v) FAILURE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS; (vi) AN ACT OF GOD (SUCH AS A FLOOD, CHEMICAL FALLOUT, SALT, HAIL OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS INCLUDING NATURAL DISASTERS); (vii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR POWERSPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR POWERSPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES; OR (viii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR MARINE PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR MARINE USE.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR, TOWING, OR RENTAL CAR CHARGES, WHICH ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

OREILLY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
