They prided themselves on their ability to source products all over the world and have the items manufactured to their specifications.
Carrand's product lines are divided into 3 divisions: Carrand Cleaning Tools, Carrand Brands, and Carrand Heavy Duty. The overall Mission Statement for Carrand is:
- Promoting and creating value for our customers, employees, suppliers, and shareholders.
- Creating barriers to entry and competitive advantages by adding value through and being known for innovation, consolidation, and controlling the manufacturing process or strategically aligning with their contract manufactures.
- Building value in their brands by having a strong relationship with their customers, sales representatives, and consumers while also providing superior customer service.
- Penetrate market channels where their brands can either be 1 or 2 in market share.
