Free Pick Up In Store

Once you add the item to your cart, choose Pick Up in the blue tab next to the item. If the item is in stock at your currently selected store the Pick Up option will activate and be indicated with a dot in the tab. The rest of the checkout process works as usual.

After you successfully complete the checkout process, your credit card and/or gift card will be charged. Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating your pick up in store order has been received and is being processed. Once your order is processed you will receive a second e-mail in about 30 minutes indicating your order is ready for pick up.

When you receive the ready for pick up notification, proceed to the store, being sure to bring these required items:

  1. A copy of the ready to pick up e-mail.
  2. The credit card and/or gift card used to complete the order.
  3. A valid photo ID, such as your driver's license.

IMPORTANT: If circumstances prevent the card owner from personally going to the store to pick up the order or the in store pick up order is in another State, the card owner must call Online Customer Service at 1-888-327-7153 to make arrangements to release the order to another person.

Once at the store, go to the counter and tell the Team Member you are there to pick up an online order and show them the pick up notification. They will verify your ID and credit card then release the order to you. Note: Your order will be held for 3 days, after which it may be cancelled and refunded.
