Warranty Policy: www.oreillyauto.com / O'Reilly Auto Parts Limited Warranty is made to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.Limited Warranty: This Limited Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer. Warranty Period: Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase. We offer a one year part replacement warranty unless otherwise stated on your receipt. If your receipt states Limited Lifetime Warranty, we will warrant the original part as long as you own the vehicle on which the part was originally installed. This does not include batteries, which carry a pro-rated warranty. Replacement Part(s): Replacement parts provided as warranty replacement carry the remainder of the original warranty term or 90 days whichever is longer. Refunds: www.oreillyauto.com / OReilly Auto Parts reserves the right to refund your money instead of replacing or repairing a product. Commercial Use: The warranty period for parts installed or for use on commercial vehicles expires 90 days from the date of original purchase, regardless of what may be printed on the front of your receipt. What is not covered: This warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse or the failure of another part. Parts installed for use on off road vehicles, racing or competition use have no warranty. Parts modified for use or installed for use other than their original design and application have no warranty.

Air Conditioning Compressors
|

In order to qualify for the available one year limited warranty, Both the manufacturer and www.oreillyauto.com / O'Reilly Auto Parts require the receiver / drier and orifice tube be replaced at the time the compressor is installed, as well as the A/C system flushed or an in-line filter installed by a licensed A/C technician and repair facility. We require proof of purchase of the above referenced items and service, otherwise our compressors carry no warranty.

Batteries
|
|
Warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires at the end of the warranty period stated on the battery label. Should the battery fail during a free replacement period, O'Reilly Auto Parts will replace it at no cost to the original purchaser. Batteries that fail after the free replacement period will be replaced on a cost per month or Pro rata basis, determined by the total number of months used. Batteries that fail as a result of misuse, abuse, low fluid level, improper installation or another faulty part are not covered by this warranty.

Chemicals
|

"www.oreillyauto.com"/ O'Reilly Auto Parts makes no guarantee, assurances of performance or warranty of any and all chemical products offered, including, but not limited to: paints, sealers, wax, lubricants, additives, distillates, detergents, de-greasers, cleaners and conditioners.

Computer Software
|
|
All software item sales are final. No refunds will be made. Exchange only for damaged or defective merchandise.
|

|
|
|
|

Fuel Pumps
|
|
Fuel pumps carry a one year limited warranty when the fuel filter and strainer, if applicable, are replaced with the pump. In order to validate the warranty, www.oreillyauto.com / O'Reilly Auto Parts and the pump manufacturer(s) require proof of purchase and installation of the filter and strainer; otherwise, pumps installed without the previously mentioned items have no warranty.

Tire Chains
|
|
All sales are final! Tire chains are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship only, prior to installation and use. Chains that have been installed and/or used have no warranty.

Tools and Equipment
|

www.oreillyauto.com / O'Reilly Auto Parts will pass on the manufacturer's warranty on tools and equipment. Many items carry repair warranty for a limited time. Items returned for repair must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and are subject to inspection prior to repairs. Items returned for repair will be handled on a first come first serve basis. Shipping and handling expense are the sole responsibility of the consumer and are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Certain repair costs may be the responsibility of the consumer. In such event, www.oreillyauto.com / O'Reilly Auto Parts will notify the consumer of the estimate repair costs prior to repairs.
