O'Reilly Auto Parts is the fourth largest auto parts retail chain in the country, with stores operating in 26 states. Our commitment to our customers is reinforced by our customer service programs. The "HI-5" program is aimed at making sure all customers are greeted within their first five steps into our stores. In addition, we work to ensure customers receive the same outstanding service over the phone with our "Dialing for Dollars" program. Most often, service means having the part the customer wants.

Territory Sales Manager

Full-time salaried position

This position is responsible for soliciting orders, selling company products and representing the company. Responsibilities also include maintaining a customer base; increasing sales volume on assigned accounts; pursuing new accounts; maintaining up-to-date records; participating in sales meetings and trade shows; promoting company programs; and making daily sales calls. Requires extensive driving on daily basis, with overnight travel on an as needed basis. Requirements also include high school diploma or equivalent and a working knowledge or auto repair.

Store Manager
The Store Manager is responsible for sales, appearance, and overall operations of the store. Objectives are to show consistent sales growth, ensure store projects proper O'Reilly image, operates as a profit center, and follow policies and procedures aimed at ensuring company operates as economically and efficiently as possible. Requires automotive retail management experience; excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills; and knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems. Must be available to work as scheduled.
Retail Service Specialist

Support the evening/weekend shift assistant store manager in the areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of an assistant manager on duty. Requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Automotive parts experience preferred.

Installer Service Specialist

We are recruiting for experienced and technical parts specialists who service the majority of the installer accounts by developing good sales relationships. This position works with sales specialist and sales representatives to provide superior service to our installer customers. Requires extensive technical parts knowledge including a good background in mechanics, excellent customer service skills, and above average communication skills. ASE certification preferred but not required.

Parts Specialist

Provide customers with professional assistance in obtaining needed parts. Advise customers of parts needs after requesting the customer's description of the malfunction. Also recommend substitution or modification of parts when a replacement is not available. Follow and promote all company customer service programs. Requires leading technical parts knowledge including a good background in mechanics, excellent customer service skills, and above average communication skills. ASE certification preferred but not required.

Merchandising Specialist

Responsible for keeping the store front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stocking merchandise according to planograms or displays; completing sales preparation; and greeting customers on the sales floor. Requires good aptitude for dealing with number sequences, excellent customer service skills, and good organizational skills.

Delivery Specialist

Deliver parts and/or products to the installer customers in a safe and efficient manner. Collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns. Maintain a daily trip sheet on deliveries and return merchandise. Perform routine vehicle maintenance by checking fluid levels, oil, radiator, transmission, etc. Requires the ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Must have excellent customer service, and good communication skills. Must have the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a good driving record and a valid driver's license.
