Corporate Assistant - Store Installations Dept
Full-time position Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Provide administrative support to Store Installations Department with various daily responsibilities in relation to new store installations. Provides supplies needed for projects. Assists with various other projects as assigned by Coordinator of Store Installations. Provides departmental coverage for co-workers during lunch hours, vacation time, and time out of office. Responsible for coding department bills, typing project notes, mail distribution, filing, updating monthly reports, and phone coverage. Requires administrative or secretarial experience, excellent verbal and written communication, experience with Excel and Word, ability to work in a fast paced environment and good customer service skills.
PBE Territory Sales Manager - Nashville, TN
Paint/Body/Equipment Territory Sales Manager

This position will be responsible for soliciting orders, selling company products and representing the company. Responsibilities include maintaining a customer base, increasing sales volume for assigned accounts, pursuing new accounts, participating in sales meetings and trade shows, and other duties as necessary. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, two years experience in automotive field outside sales, working knowledge of paint and auto repair needs. Provides leadership to the Internal Communications Department, which designs and produces attractive, informative, functional internal communications in printed and electronic form. This department provides assistance to all other departments within the company to create forms, letterhead, promotional materials, posters, invitations, flyers, maps, signs, etc. Must have working knowledge of Macintosh computer and various software such as Quark Express, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must type 60 WPM, be able to multitask, meet deadlines, possess creativity and artistic ability, and be able to manage others.
Project Designer - Real Estate
Full-time salaried position

Produce high quality working drawings for the company’s Construction and Renovation projects; review plans of each construction document before and after completion; research project information files; help design preliminary site plans; coordinate and communicate with outside consultants and contact city officials for permit requirements.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent with subsequent courses of study in CADD design, 2 years experience with an architectural or engineering design firm that specializes in commercial projects, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and ability to work as part of a team. BS in architecture or related discipline and 5 years experience preferred.
Web Application Developer
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday Full-time

This challenging position requires a minimum of two years programming experience with emphasis systems design and analysis. Required skills include web application development utilizing HTML, JavaScript, and Java. Experience with Websphere, servlets, JSP, JDBC, Lotus Notes/Domino, or Linux is a plus. The ability to work well with end users and as a member of a team is required.

Responsible for the organization and accuracy of real estate tax information in assigned states. Works to insure real estate taxes are paid or reimbursed in a timely manner. Inventory Analyst

Responsible for maintenance of retail store inventories. Analyze and implement stocking levels that will create replenishment orders by schedule and ensure proper mix of items; use integrated inventory management software to maintain inventories; perform statistical analysis of SKUs based on sales history and market; complete line reviews; approve premark change results and other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; customer service skills; excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; proficiency with Excel and ability to handle multiple projects. Two years automotive aftermarket sales experience and retail inventory management experience desired.
Accounts Receivable Specialist
Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Perform various accounts receivable related tasks including post customer payments, balance customer accounts, and handle cash receipts. Responsible for processing lock box payments, endorsing and coding payments, preparing bank deposit slips, handling customer inquiries professionally, researching Credit Dept and customer inquiries; and utilizing spreadsheets for queries. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, excellent 10-key skills, knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Word, one year data entry experience, good organization and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of accounts receivable process.
Corporate Assistant - Store Design Dept
Full-time position Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Provides support to the Store Design Manager and Director on various reports, projects, and spreadsheets. Responsibilities include departmental phone coverage, creating and distributing correspondence, dictation of memos, running queries for projects, daily reports, posting information to company Intranet, maintaining files, coding invoices, and other clerical support as needed. Requires minimum of two years office experience, good typing skills, proficiency with Word and Excel, excellent communication and organization skills, ability to work in fast paced environment and comfortable with change.
Store Acquisition Coordinator
Full-time salaried position

This position will coordinate all information concerning new store acquisitions and assist the Vice President of Acquisitions. Responsibilities include handling all arrangements for traveling employees; providing assistance on site; retrieving electronic data from other corporate departments for distribution; providing direct communication with acquired store owners; communicating with sellers until closing; maintaining files and calendars; constructing inventory files from raw data; and other support functions. Travel will be 30-40%. Requires public relations skills, excellent communication skills and advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Access. Auto parts knowledge preferred.
Computer Support Technician
Full-time salaried position: Thursday – Sunday, Noon – 11:00 pm

This full-time position will provide phone support to our store personnel who have computer questions. The work schedule during the initial training period will be Monday-Friday approximately 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (This is somewhat flexible.) Some travel to local stores may be required during the training period. After the training period, the work schedule will be four 10-hour shifts on Thursdays, Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays from approximately 12:00 pm – 11:00 pm. with an hour for lunch. Requirements for this job include excellent customer service and verbal communication skills and an extensive knowledge of computers and their applications.
Programmer / Analyst

Full-time salaried position Monday-Friday

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining computer systems; increasing proficiency in systems analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and implementation standards; and compliance with OReilly policies and procedures. Desired skills include RPG/400, RPG IV and CL. Other midrange or mainframe programming experience will be considered.

Temporary Office/Clerical Support Staff
Most positions are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We are seeking a group of dependable, friendly people who would enjoy temp work. Most positions will be 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at our corporate headquarters. We might occasionally have some part-time or flex-time positions. Some positions are temp to possible hire, and some positions are for short-term projects. Some assignments will be for a few days, and some will be for months. Most of our temp assignments will include these duties: answering phones, making copies, filing, sorting, researching on the Internet, scanning documents, data entry, shredding papers, and/or mass mailings. Most assignments will require some ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, excellent phone etiquette, keyboarding, and accurate data entry.

Bilingual Corporate Assistant
Full-time position Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

(Spanish/English bilingual) This entry level position will provide administrative support to a department. Duties include answering phones, preparing correspondence, participating in meetings, updating records, preparing reports, opening and routing mail, faxing documents, and translating written and verbal information. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and previous office/clerical experience. Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent skills in multi-tasking, written and verbal communication, and problem solving.
